I’m Chris Cline, and this is Clinewise. It’s a home for the things I’m building and a place to share why they’re worth making.

The projects don’t all look alike. There are apps about connection and discovery. Games about rescuing the neighborhood and exploring strange dream worlds. A tool for working with the pieces that bring a game to life.

What connects them is curiosity about a problem, a possibility, or an experience that could be better.

A few good rabbit holes

Folwen explores a private home for family life: the little updates, shared memories, and connections that should be easier to keep together.

Board Gamer’s Choice is about getting from “what should we play?” to actually playing. Collections, game-night planning, and play history all serve that goal.

RumDB follows the connections between rum, distilleries, cocktails, places, and culture. The story doesn’t stop at the label on a bottle.

EverOn explores how voices and stories can become memories people keep. EndToEnd asks a different question about connection: what should a conversation reveal to the service carrying it?

On the games side, Neighborhood Nightmare is growing around rescue, improvised weapons, and co-op chaos. Dreambound is a prototype about companions, movement, and exploring a connected dream world.

And AssetHub is a workbench for auditioning sounds, previewing sprites, and inspecting scenes while making those worlds.

The making is part of the story

These projects are at different stages. Some features have substantial implementations; others are experiments or still taking shape. Their pages describe those differences rather than pretending everything is a finished release.

I want this journal to make the process visible: what’s changing, what’s proving useful, and what needs another pass. There isn’t a promised publishing schedule. The updates will come when there’s something worth sharing.

For now, explore the products, read the stories behind them, or follow along. This is the starting point.
